Shipping to anywhere in the USA is a flat $17.00 (this is the price of a meduim flat-rate box), and is included in the listed price. I usually manage to ship things within a few days of it being purchased (if I am particularly busy, it could take up to a week). I post notices at the top of my shop page if I am out of town (so check there for info about other possible shipping delays). If you are outside the US and want to buy this, contact me and we can look into it (or go ahead and buy it if you want and we will work it out).
